Francophone Film Festival 2024 - La Boum

Alliance Française Palmerston North is proud to introduce the 2024 Edition of the Francophone Film Festival in celebration of French Language and Francophonie Week in New Zealand.

The comedy La Boum (The Party) will be screened on Saturday 9 March at 6 pm at The Globe Theatre, 312 Main St, Palmerston North.

The screening of this film is a NZ PREMIERE.

The iconic French movie from the 1980s about a teenage girl’s experiences while her parents grapple with midlife crisis.

Tickets for this screening can be purchased from the Globe Theatre. General admission $15, AF members $10. 

Screening in French with English subtitles.

This film is rated M due to violence and offensive language.
